Heeellooo, everyone!
It's me again and today I want to talk about....A healthy life.
Yes! Lately I have been thinking about the rhythm of life that I have and thinking about all the things that I do to my body, like what do I eat and stuff like that. And is not a surprise that I don't take care of myself so I'm making an "experiment" that is going to be (or at least I want it to be) permanent, ant what I'm talking about is.....
Eating healthy food and making some exercise! This last week I have been eating healthy food and making some exercise on my house because I don't have the time to go to a gym.
I noticed something different?
Of course! Since I started to eat breakfast (something that I usually doesn't do) I have more energy during day, my skin is a little bit better and with the exercise I didn't notice something yet, because I have only made exercise 1 day (yes, I'm very lazy, but that's not good)
Why I'm doing this?
To be honest, I don't like my body and I know that a lot of people is going to feel identified with this, or I guess so. But, I don't really like my body and I'm not satisfied with myself. For example, do you ever went to the beach and you didn't want to show your body because your afraid of what other people is going to say? I do, and is not a beautiful experience, so I want to be ok with myself, but I don't want to be like that models from the magazines, no, of course not, I want to lose some weight but still being healthy, nothing in extreme.
So, you tell me now, do you do something for yourself? like take time to think about you or just give love to yourself? (Please, nothing sexual :P)
